A paradigm shift.
We believe that discovery and change in feedstocks will require a paradigm shift in the refining industry, which today is comprised of large centralized systems. Under the new paradigm there is a role for small-scale distributed production in converting various, relatively small, quantities of biomass feedstocks into on-spec fuels, without the need to transport the feedstocks and fuels long distances to and from large centralized refineries. Distributed production places control and economics in communities and creates geographic and ownership diversity and capacity in the US’ fuel supply.
JetE’s business model puts innovative equipment and operational know-how in the hands of those who have the power and the passion to make clean, renewable fuels a reality: American Entrepreneurs. Employing a distributed production model, JetE enables entrepreneurs across the country to do together what they could not do alone.
Within the distributed production model, we are building regional coalitions around our common purpose. These coalitions consist of business leaders, entrepreneurs, government officials, service professionals and trade groups. We have established a Regional Board of Directors in each region to lead the local effort. This allows communities to work together toward fuel self-reliance, putting power in the hands of many.
