Regional coalitions are built around a common purpose. These coalitions consist of business leaders, entrepreneurs, government officials, service professionals and trade groups. A Regional Board of Directors will be established in each region to lead the local effort. This approach allows communities to work together toward fuel self-reliance and puts control and economics in the hands of communities and power in the hands of many.
